How the success hub works

A job search in Papua New Guinea can feel like a long wait with little to show for it. The success hub puts what you have actually done in one place, so you can see your progress on the days it doesn't feel like any.

Your journey

Six steps, from joining Expertini to getting hired. Each step turns green only when something you saved shows it happened — a job you moved to Applied or Interviewing in JobFlow or the application planner, an answer in the Q&A vault, or a win you logged here. The criterion is written under every step.

Your progress in numbers

Each card counts items you saved in one or two tools, and says exactly which. Nothing is estimated or compared with other people. A job you copied from the planner to JobFlow is counted once.

Log your wins

  • Log it the same day — the date, what happened and, if you like, a short note on what made it work.
  • Count small wins too: a reply from a recruiter, a finished course, a tailored CV, a good networking call.
  • Read them back before an interview. Your wins are ready-made examples for "Tell me about a time…" questions — turn them into answers in Behavioural (STAR) mastery.
Who can see my wins?

Only you. They are saved to your own Expertini account (and the Expertini app) and are never shown to employers.

Why is a step not green yet?

Steps are worked out from what you have saved. If you had an interview but never recorded it, move the job to Interviewing in JobFlow or log an interview win here, and the step updates.

Do I need an account?

You can try the page without one, but your wins and your journey are only kept when you are signed in to a free account.
